This piece is unframed, and will be shipped in a sturdy folio with a glassine overlay to protect it during shipping. Due to the nature of soft pastel, the surface is easily smudged. You may notice slight transfer of the pastel dust on the glassine during shipping - this is normal.
Please handle with utmost care, using clean and/or gloved hands to handle at the paper's edge - never touch the front of the artwork itself as the oils and friction from your hands will cause damage. Avoid hanging in direct sunlight. I'm happy to discuss and arrange custom framing at an additional cost (this will increase delivery time also).
